Johnny Sloan is the manager of Sloans Gym and has over fifteen years of experience in strength training, performance coaching and gym operations. He specialises in practical, results driven training programmes designed for real people with real schedules.

Throughout his career Johnny has worked with beginners, competitive athletes and clients returning from injury. His coaching philosophy focuses on consistency, correct movement mechanics and building long term habits rather than chasing short term transformations.

At Sloans Gym he oversees daily operations, programme design and member development. He is passionate about creating a supportive training environment where members feel confident, educated and motivated.
